I finished my internship with TODA three weeks ago. Here's a sneak preview of an interactive project I made at TODA. (7/25/2004)
++I've started to work for a NYC design firm as an intern. This firm is located at Tribeca in Lower Manhattan. I was quite excited to see the view through the window behind my computer. (4/20/2004)

++Our Commencement was last Monday. We took our thesis show down last Friday and my classmates began to leave New Haven. I came into the studio today and found that my classmate Corinne had put her artificial roses around my computer before she moved out. Those roses appear in my video project Life Through the Screen.
++The plan to let people comment "on the spot" at the gallery didn't work out. Alas.
++I met a designer last Thursday. Ben Loiz e-mailed me because he "came across" my website and liked it. I then invited him to our thesis show. I vaguely remember Ben said it's common for people to get to meet each other after communicating through website. But it's a totally new experience for me. I had met someone because we made a deal on eBay but nothing so personal. I'm also worried that I appear less interesting than my website!
++Oh, I also accidentally met Simon Greenwold at MIT Media Lab a few days after he gave me comments on my website but we didn't get a chance to talk too much.
++I wish Yale wouldn't shut down my website so soon. I'll be looking for a new server. (5/31/2003)

++For the last few days, we've been installing our thesis show. I think it's hard for people to comment on my projects based on the limited work on my site. Maybe this show is a chance for people to see more of my projects and submit comments on the spot? (5/15/2003)

++I'd like to thank Brenda Laurel, Max Bruinsma and Ellen Lupton. Last winter, I read their books and essays and then gave my own interpretations of their writings in my essay. This spring, they read my essay online and sent me their thoughts.
